Riddles

1)
All is in these very beginnings:
Look to the predominant male,
Pick a poem's sacred river or just
Halt at the old funny sitcom.

2)
In foreign languages, it is true,
LOVE will give the right head way;
even if it may also hide the wanderers,
it will make route choice child's play.

3)
No man that but man is
will ever be pleased
till he be eased with being…
the word to be seized.

4)
Film of screen and real tragedy,
crossing so often our plains, oh no,
quite dove-like in number count,
otherwise contrasting the virgin snow.

5)
The golden creature from a movie below
celebrates that which should never be;
hints the way to a once man here resting
from home, far away, so close, you see.

6)
In Luxembourg lies not since long
a speared Argo, dry and pale;
and on its lap, top middle, deep,
is the name of ancient and novel tale.

7)
The art of losing isn't hard to master
(it can be a quick affair, no point to mow),
but as the movie goes to prove, really,
you are definitely not what you own.
Now, if the vain poet would marry the director, what would be the daughter's name?

8)
A wondrous liquid awed the pyramid builders
- for squeezed out of the wickedness of men -
and made famous a closer, clearer running,
that you will name for me - and now is when.

9)
Though in love play age counts not much,
at times the Writer sets the set so live
that one wishes only to dive deep, fast,
to that special lovers' game won at 25…

10)
Look for a second-born Homer
- with little sight lost, long battled -
where his memory is now to rest,
in good view, by his own settled.
