Houston, we have a challenge
The first word deserving of an
automatic alert system could be "challenge".
Hardly anybody comes home
and says: "I had a challenge at work today, dear". People have
problems, not challenges, and there is nothing wrong with the use of that word between
consenting adults.
One may fear that
"challenge" has become part of a EU Newspeak that patronises the
citizens and breeds contempt in return…
